I ordered the deluxe graduation stole on March 31 with a due date of May 3. The last week of April I emailed them twice because I hadn't received any communication or my stole, and the website just said back ordered. Lissa responded to my email on May 2 saying they had been trying to contact me. Apparently they were having customs issues in restocking the deluxe stoles but they would be happy to rush production of the other one and overnight it to me as well as refund me the difference in the two stoles. Lissa was extremely understanding and kind during what has to be the most stressful time for them right now. She personally emailed me at 11:15pm to make sure I had the tracking number for my stole, which is guaranteed to be here by tomorrow at 3pm, which isn't in one Greek store's power at this point. I don't give five stars simply because it was frustrating not to have any communication until the last minute, but they did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of.
