Joan was a godsend. I chose a competitor and was disappointed when they made a trial floral arrangement. It was not at all what I was requesting. A friend of mine encouraged me to speak to Joan. I made an appointment and showed her my wedding collage. She was able to "get it", after an hour of chit chatting. The next couple of months, Joan was there to solve many floral AND decorating dilemmas. She was calm, professional and helpful. She was tactfully truthful which is what I needed as a nervous bride. She made my wedding day beautiful. Her attention to detail is impeccable. All the little extras she has done made my wedding day amazing. I would recommend her whole heartedly.
