I lived in one of the properties owned by Reeb Inc for one year. From the beginning the experience had hints of problems. When I first moved in there was still a hole in one of the walls and some other problems around the house, it took them about a month to fix those problems. Throughout the course of my stay there, any work order that needed to be done would take forever. One time there was a hole in the floor, that I actually hurt myself on when it first broke, it took them about 3 months for that problem. From the beginning there was problems with my A/C, which I had voiced my concern over multiple times, and when they finally arrived, about 2 months before I moved out, all they did was clean out the radiator behind the house.



But that isn't even the worse of it. After all was said and done, they throw a letter at me telling me I owe them money for things like repainting the house, repairing the A/C, late fees which had already been paid, and completely replacing a poorly functioning gas stove because there was some grease on it. All of these things are redundant or their responsibility, and now I owe them money for it?



All in all, I recommend being homeless over living here.
