HANDICAPPED VA PATIENT

I HAVE USED THIS HOTEL SEVERAL TIMES. WHILE MOST OF THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS, THERE IS ONE THAT IS NOT. I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT HE WAS WORKING THE NIGHT SHIFT AND HE DEFINATELY NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY LAST VISIT WAS HORRIBLE UNTIL A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF ASHLEY GOT INVOLVED AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

I WAS PUT IN A ROOM AT THE RODEWAY, WHICH YOU RECENTLY TOOK OVER. THE ROACH PROBLEM WAS TOTALLY OUT OF HAND AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO THAT FACILITY UNTIL THE ISSUE HAD BEEN RESOLVED. WHEN I ASKED THE YOUNG MAN TO MOVE ME , HE WAS VERY DISCOURTEOUS AND IGNORED MY REQUEST. THIS IS WHERE ASHLEY STEPPED IN.

SHE ACTED EFFICIENTLY AND WITHOUT HESITATION IN GETTING US ANOTHER ROOM IN THE QUALITY INN BUILDING. SHE IS TRULY AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND SHOULD BE PUT IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. HER MANNERISM AND PROFESSIONALISM IS ABOVE AND BEYOND HER PRESENT STATUS.
