Love Ross's customer service is friendly except for one cashier Maria .!!!!# I come in there frequently she waited Me On Me 4 times. Every time she waited on me she was very rude . I spend a lot of money in the store for I stopped at least two three times per week. She should not be in customer service

This store in Gainesville Florida is one of the worst case of Management knowledge in retail industries.



Is probably has the worst presentation of merchandise in the City of Gainesville.



Employees moral is the lower I have seen in a very long time.



The worst dress code for employees I have seen ( lets hope that is just the holidays)



Very dirty store on apperance merchandise mix all together.



In overall is does not appear to be a frienly place to shop.
