I'm an employee. I ave letters of appreciation from all our clients I tend to. Seems I'm the only one though.... Hmm...



I'm belittled, degraded and told my work ethic sucks by my boss, whom I must wait for at 4 am to catch him around 7 am if I'm lucky, to get my check.



I'm friends with others who have contracted this company. Trying to push sales and waste their time when a client only wants one thing done...



The owner doesn't want to deal with issues inside management and employees.



You work 60+ hours, no benefits, I baby sit my supervisors. Do their work.... Clean up behind them, hold their hand and pat them on the back and say, "good job"... When it's obvious it's only a "title", no etiquette or business skills. Let alone people skills. An employee was told, "work around PTSD."........ Hmm....



My boss, goes ahead of me on my route, passes me twice on the road and instead of talking to me, he calls my supervisor and states I haven't done anything.



I'm lured into an enclosed room with my paycheck by my boss so he could scream and yell at me, tell me I'm childish because I had to go over his head after confronting him 4 times about a pay issue in 3 weeks....



Cheap materials, only a handful of good employees because of their own reasons for not quitting... And a transparent operation.
