I dont even know where to begin with this complex. I lived here for 3 years and at first, management was great (Mikea and staff were amazing to work with). Management has completely gone to hell. It would be nice if they got someone back in the office who knows how to run a complex and it would be REALLY helpful if they were extroverted with some sort of people skills. There is absolutely no loyalty to tenants that have been there for years. Sadly, they will also let ANYONE live in this complex. It was a very nice, quiet, family/young professionals complex for a while, but recently there have been a lot of students/grad students to move in that are completely inconsiderate of other tenants. Many do not have cars and will leave shopping carts in front of your building (so tacky). Unfortunately, management will not uphold any rules regarding shopping carts. Get the apt history from GRU if you decide to move here. If the bills are high, it is likely bc the a/c unit or water heater are very old and they will not replace anything.. even when it is completely broken. Anyone from the office will enter your apt at any time for any reason and you might never know about it. You will have bugs regardless of how clean you are. Black spots will appear on your carpet over time bc they are so poorly cleaned and YOU will suffer the consequences; even when you document things with the office. Hell, your ceiling might even fall through and wont be fixed until it is convenient for them. Long story short, look elsewhere until they get new management. You'll regret signing a lease there.
