Well I bought a complete setup from them. New bike, with Bionx electrics, head and tail lights, a very expensivechild trailer, and locks for all. Over 4500 in all. I had an obvious defect in the motor/hub that was a few months out of thier warranty. Bionx's that is. When the motor went it took out a 800 dolllar battery too. Super Cool has always been very slow getting anything done. It took almost three months before they even looked at the bike. It is still up in the air. I got my bike back less one $800 battery. Bionix wants $350 for repairs $70 shipping and will do nothing about the battery. The owner I'm told is the only one that knows anything about electric assist bicycles. But they are a Bionx dealer. Go figure. Also the bike was a set price when I bought the setup. Well they never have given me the original rear wheel set. At least I could have been getting some useout of the bike while the argument over the motor and battery are going on. But no it sat and I sat for months. 6 actually. They did change hands, so not sure if this happenedbefore or after. They were real nice to get you what you want, but the service stinks. In other words its really a parts store.
