Provided by YP.comTook two weeks to diagnose problem with phone. Screen was cracked, they replaced it for $94 only to find out that it did not fix my problem and notified me that the price was non-refundable, only a portion of store credit. Customer service was not desireable.
All our repairs are done with in 2 hours! If the screen is cracked why must we diagnose the problem! If we cant repair we do not charge! Fake review.
