I did a Google search for an alligator ice bucket. The search took me to The Perfect Gift website. My daughter liked the ice bucket so, I placed an order for her wedding on The Perfect Gift website. Nearly a month passed and I did not received any information about the order, so, I contacted them to see when or if I would receive the order.. So, I went to the website and sent an email as instructed. Heard nothing, so. I went back to the website got the phone number and called, They said they would check on it and call me back, Another week went by so I called again. They again said they would call me back . A few minutes later they left a message on my phone, It said they did not have the item, they did not have a website, and do not ever call them back, All the while I was looking at the website and the order I had placed with order number and charge. I called them back and read the address and information off the website which was theirs and asked them how they think I got the number to phone them, Why they did not just tell me they did not have the item and therefore I would not receive it I do not know. Therefore, you would be best to steer clear of this store as they do not know anything about customer service. Do not ask them any questions or ask for assistance unless you enjoy being treated horribly.
