These are the worst property managers I have ever encountered. All they care about is taking your money. If you wish to sublease your apartment, they make you put down a $200 deposit for no reason. They will not communicate with the person that is subleasing from you, they still expect you to be the middle man when it comes to rent and maintenance, but you are out $200. They also had us under the impression that our lease ended at the end of the summer semester, however, they are making us move out a week early leaving us nowhere to stay during the last week of summer. They monopolize the residential area in zone 1, leaving few different property managers to choose from. Most of the workers are very rude and have awful customer service. I wish I knew this before I signed with them. If you are looking for places to live in the Gainesville area, do not choose them.

Has anyone found a record on this company with the BBB? I am not finding any rating? I'm surprised no one has reported the derrogatory info

It's about time I wrote a review. I've dealt with a couple instances, but now I have been pushed over the edge. If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. Mainly for customer service. Yes, the apartments are nice, but Trimark is horrible to deal with. They give you the show and the fake nice personalities so that you sign your lease, then the light flip switches. Setting up tours of your apartment without roommate notice, then LYING about it and claiming to have left notices and called everyone (when In fact neither were done. A phone call was made to my roommates as soon as I contacted them asking if they knew anything about a tour). I go into the office to mention something about the tour, and I get completely disrespected. The guy, who indeed was the rude Trimark representative who came to my door twice, proceeded to say customer service lines such as "I understand that" -while making NO eye contact whatsoever. Avoid Trimark if you can, they're a waste of time.

I have loved living with Trimark the past 3 years. They are very accommodating and helpful when it came to re-signing my lease, any questions I had, picking up a package, etc. In my opinion, their apartment complexes are the best in Gainesville because they are all within walking distance to my classes at UF and my sorority house. In the past, I've recommended Trimark to many of my friends and sorority sisters.

Poor customer service filed with empty promises. Misrepresenting the quality/conditions of their properties. I would not recommend leasing from this company.
