This is are second time trading with AAA. We had a dryer we had got from them years ago and they fixed it for parts only!! We added a few more dollars and he made it new!! Along with the dryer repair we bought a washer also which has a lifetime warranty and he delivered it ALL for a huge savings to us!!! HONEST, DEPENDABLE, GREAT PEOPLE! THANKS. CARRIE S.GAINESVILLE

Rick saved the day for my family. Here's my story...

Our dryer broke nine days before family was coming into town to visit for a week. I called a company I had used in the past and they showed up the same day to take a look. I was told that the part had to be ordered (Really? The most replaced part on the most popular brand of dryer?) so I waited. And waited. Finally, after 6 days, I called back and asked them why they didn't come on day 5 like they promised and was told that the part was still not in. That's when I called AAA Appliance. Rick showed up the same day, had the part on his truck, fixed the dryer, and did it for $5 less than the other company's price quote. I called the other company back and cancelled and they asked how I wanted to pay for their service call. I told them that they owed me money for wasting my time. They said that they were adding me to a list of people who would no longer get service from them. Duh! What a heartbreaker. I won't say the name of their company, but they lack "INTEGRITY."
