This was a great experience, the owner went so over and above for our family. We received a last minute notice of the passing of our uncle and by the time we finally found someone who would help us, we only had 2 hours to get the flowers to the funeral home. And Bibbs Flowers and Gifts came through where no one else would!! Thank you for all your respect and consideration to the occasion. We will use Bibbs Flowers and Gifts every time! We ARE GRATEFUL..

Best choice I have made. I ordered Orchids which they didn't have the specific color I wanted and instead of rejecting me .. They went OUT OF THEIR way to please!

The gift baskets were fabulous and perfectly fit for the occasions. Twins are sometimes hard to buy for as you really don't want to get them the same thing, you did a marvelous job in designing both baskets, thanks so much, for all the hard work and running around I know you did, I want to thank you, you are our florist in Gainesville Ga. from here on out!

This place does not deliver fresh cut flowers and is a complete waste of money. If you complain you will be called a liar and hung up on. I have never been treated so rude in my life. DO NOT USE THEM!! All the addresses listed for the flower shop are not flower shops. I found 3 addresses and went to each one to return flowers that were horrible because she refused to pick them up and could not find a flower shop. They were delivered with a broken rose and a wet ribbon. I was told that I was a liar and that I must be breaking the roses!!

Horrible flowers and even worse customer service. Go anywhere BUT Bibbs.
