I have been using their products for almost 2 years. The prices are much better than the big box stores. In the interest of full disclosure, these are friends that own this business. I've had many friends with a business, and I try to not make a habit of recommending them unless I knew that they will not make me have to apologize to someone who tried them on my recommendation later. I have made it a rule not to recommend businesses unless I am all but certain that I will not be apologizing for them later. So with that said, I will get on with my full-throated excellent review of this business. The people who own this store is Mitch and Susan Harkins. They are good and honest people who are old school and know full well that you had a choice and they appreciate your choice to trade with them. Unlike the big retail chain stores, they greet you with a smile and will take care of whatever your printing needs may be. I only use the small cartridges for a home printer, but they are capable of handling most anything to do with ink, cartridges, paper and commercial printers. They will deliver also, do not know the exact details about what that requires. They are on the cut through from Hwy 53 past Lakeshore Mall in the strip center right across from the Dairy Queen on Shallowford Road. You get fast, personal, courteous service from a locally owned business and save money all in one stop. Not that easy to find these days and when you can trade with local businesses, you should always choose that over the chain stores that takes forever to get help and the don't care if you come back to do business with them again attitude. They know that they are going to get a paycheck either way, if they treat you badly or go out of their way to help you. The days of shopping with people who own the business is almost a thing of the past. It is worth it to me to drive an extra mile and pay .25 cents more so that I am trading locally with people who are honestly appreciative you chose to do business with them. In this case, they are closer, better priced and happy to see you coming in the door.

It has been sold to a very helpful and eager young man that appears to genuinely earn your business and carry on in the same way the previous owners treated their customers.
