From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was great. Everyone was nice. I didn't have to wait long to see the Dr. He was nice and explained everything to me. I don't have insurance so total was three hundred and something but the woman let me go ahead and pay $112 which was great. And I paid the remaining balance later.. They are kind. Definitely recommend their business.. Everyone has their own opinion.. My experience was great though..

My daughter had appt. w/Dr.Flexon. I do not recommend him or this facility to anyone. First appt and second appt. very smart mouth do not listen group of people. Dr. Wanted to put her on allergy shots before I could research and look at other alternatives. I said I needed to think about it and discuss with her dad. The doctor then typed on computer consistNtly without me knowing what he was typing. Once we get printout of service sheet and leave we notice in car that the doctor typed mom "defer" on all pages. Excuse me but no I did not defer. I said let me think about it. And then you schedule her 6 MONTHS later for visit. So I guess she suffers for 6 months or when I decide what we will do about her allergies. All this place wants is your money and not listen to the patient or the parent of the minor.!!!!! There is better services than this place, TRUST me. Now we are home and she has broken out all over from what they injected in her and the office is closed. SMACK!!! So do not go!

My husband is a self-pay patient and has been going to this group for three years. The most he ever paid was $75 per visit to have his ears cleaned out.. Today they called him and told him it was going to be $250!! Really?? how can prices go up that much and how can a self-employed persons with minimal income be expected to pay this much. I am very disappointed in this group. What happened to taking care of patients who don't have much money and little to no medical resources. Its a shame that its all about the money and not about patient care.

I have had a great experience with this office. From the time I made my appointment with Marty until I checked out I felt like family. Not once did I feel as though the smile was faked from any of the girls. I have saw both the PA's Mark & Keevil and Dr. Gill. All three are very intelligent and make you feel confident in their decisions.

They called my mother 3 months after they did a saliva test for cancer and told her it was positive for cancerous cells. They wanted her to come for a follow-up AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Needless to say we all were very concerned and upset, especially my father who after 50 years of marriage could hardly speak. After a full day of scheduling appointments, notifying family of the horrible situation, the doctors office called to say they had given us the wrong results and my mother did not have cancer!! GOOD NEWS! HORRIBLE HEALTHCARE! You do not want ANY mistakes in healthcare. I can only say that it seems that having cancer for one day is as bad emotionally as having it for a year. BEWARE of ALL errors involved in healthcare!
