Save yourself the aggravation! I have been to the LV Nails Bar three times. My first visit was OK. Do not expect any communication from Vi, the owner who did my nails. Vi did do a good job on my nails that first visit. Unfortunately the good service did not last.



My second visit left me sitting for thirty minutes even though I had an appointment with Vi the owner. He took someone else at my appointment time. Finally I let a woman do my fill in. While I was there they had a nine year old girl running the cash register and running for different items. The poor girl looked miserable and her mother that was doing my nails made the excuse that she was just tired. I thought it odd that a nine year old was being forced to work.



I tried again to get Vi on my third visit. He was ready for me upon arrival, but again spoke to me only once to ask what color polish I wanted. The third visit went alright until the next morning when the gel polish started peeling off of three nails. I noticed that Vi did not wipe the nails with alcohol before applying the gel polish and even touched them with his fingers to make sure they were dry after washing. I didn't question him because I though that he was the expert. So when I drove 20 min back to the shop the next day, Vi insinuated that it was my fault. He said that happens when you hit them on something. He never apologized for wasting my time, not to mention the gas it took for a 40 minute drive round trip.



I hope this review saves someone else their time, money and overall experience.
