Think twice about buying a mattress from this place. I did and less than a year later it was breaking down. I went back to have it replaced under warranty and decided to upgrade at that time and did so. When they brought the new mattress out they advised they couldn't exchange it as the old one had a small stain on it, so small it wasn’t even seen by their people until they used a light from a cell phone to light it up after they removed it from my house, even though a mattress protector was used. They advised since I didn't purchase the protector from them it wasn’t covered. The salesman I worked with said he would see what he could do but he never got back to me by the time he said it would take so I cancelled my upgrade purchase took a loss on the less than one year old mattress that should have been replaced for free and bought a new mattress and box springs from another place. I figured I would here from their management about this but not a word. I guess customer service is not high on their list!
