Excellent selection and service!

I am sorry to add this negative review, but it was earned. I ordered a Diecast for my son for Christmas. It took awhile to arrive, and perhaps that should have concerned me, but it didn't. When my son opened it, one of the roof flaps on the car was damaged. He also told me he has this car already so we should exchange. I tried to call several times and left voice mails, I emailed, and I Facebook messaged. No responses to any of these except for Messenger where I finally got someone to respond. As soon as they found out it was an exchange, not a replacement, all communication stopped. I am stuck with this damaged car apparently. They won't even respond even if I wanted a replacement. Even that would be better than no communication! Beware! They brag about their top-notch customer service but it's not. It's all good until a problem arises, apparently. I will not buy from this business again. Shameful! I have given them multiple chances to respond via various communication channels. If they can't even give me the courtesy of a call-back, email, or message, they should not be in business.

More cars, better pricing, and more helpful people here helped make my christmas shopping a breeze. I am in the metro Atlanta area and have since ordered from them online and gotten next-day delivery. Thanks!
