The manager she is blond has a very bad attitude towards customers one time we were paying out bill and a guy walked in and we heard him say his name but seemed to be she didn't she raised her voice to him saying are you paying your bill or taking a loan( he had been a customer for at least 4 months that I know I understand there is a lot of people come in there but you should know who your customers are the othe thing is you can't just pay on your principal on the loan after making your monthly payment didn't know that was even legal thought you could go in and pay on the principle of the loan anytime

I have had an account with southern finance for over two years. Associates are very friendly, eager to help in any way they can. Very polite, kind and very respectful. I Have always been able to talk with either one. This is the best finance company I have ever done business with. Very professional, always smiling , bulding is always clean and fresh.

Most disrespectful people ever.
