Jed Carter is very lazy. He will take your money, but do no work. He wanted me to accept a plea deal when I was innocent, and when I wouldn't, became belligerent and made it clear he would not defend me. He cares none whatsoever about you as an individual, only what you can give him $$$$

I was erroneously charged with two felonies for defending myself in my own home. Mr. Carter provided outstanding representation and service. His expertise, experience and dedication is second-to-none. When your future is at stake, you must have complete trust in the one defending you. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Carter to anyone needing legal representation.

As far as an immigration matter goes, i would not use this attorney. I would look for an attorney that only handles immigration matters. The Carter Firm seemed unprofessional and seemed to be learning as they go about immigration. After almost a year of dealing with this law firm, with NO results , I took my case to a different law firm that was ONLY immigration and my new attorney did in 2 weeks what the carter firm had not in almost a year. Again, I am only stating my opinoin. As far as immigration matters , I would NOT use this attorney.
