I understand having to call to receive your propane. I see no issues with service.

The only issue I have is Red River Farm Coop has no Web site in which to pay your yearly rental fee on the tank. I haven't written a check in month's and don't have stamps to mail payment. Very inconvenient.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Refusal to service with no reason other than our frustration at customer service and inconvenient time for the company! Why are you in business? It must be nice to tell your customers off and refuse to service them be able to stay in business! It's not a luxury for everyone. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER BECAUSE THEY WILL CUT YOU OFF WHEN IT SUITS THEM! They are rude and terrible!!
