My friends and I were traveling from out of town for a girlfriend weekend and had decided to book appointments at a spa. We made our appointments with Sole'renity several weeks in advance and the week of our trip they called to cancel because they were opening a new location. I have to wonder why they took our appointment in the first place if they had another event scheduled. I obviously should have paid more attention to the review that said they had poor customer service. My friends and I will be using another spa in Gainesville for our weekends in the future.

Sole'renity is one of my favorite places in Gainesville. From the moment you walk in you feel like you're in a peaceful, tranquil part of paradise. They treat you with the utmost care and are so helpful. Rhonda has put her heart and soul into this business and it shows. She has a great group of women working with her that are so professional. Go see them for a manicure, pedicure, facial, massage or one of many other packages they offer. Beautiful building and lovely people. I highly recommend it.

I would like to high recomment this day spa. I have been to other spas in our area and none can compare in atmosphere, price or personel. I have even sent gift certificate

from this spa to my loved ones so they can also relax and enjoy.

This is a beautiful spa and a relaxing environment. I have had several encounters with the owner Rhonda who takes an active role in making sure that the service given is above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Sole'renity.

I booked a massage from Sole'renity Day Spa for my wife through a local B&B. A day before the massage, Sole'renity called my cell phone twice to confirm the massage time and even tell me the name and description of the person that would be doing it. The day of the massage, my wife waited an hour after the appointment time and no one ever showed up. The B&B called Sole'renity and was told they didn't have anyone to do the massage. No call to my cell (which they obviously had), no apology, no compensation, nothing. My wife was disappointed. Do not rely on Sole'renity Day Spa they are clearly unprofessional. They ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day for my wife without any concern on their part.
