Excellent Customer Service - From the office staff to the technician (Jim). Scheduled a two hour time frame with the dispatcher. Jim arrived on time and fixed my refrigerator within the time scheduled and explained how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. No service fee was charged as I had the repair done just like the ad said. WOW! I will use A Same Day Appliance for all my appliance needs. Thanks again, Adele
