Don't use them, I had the unfortunate experience of ordering thru Teleflora and my order getting oustourced to them. The flowers and balloons were delivered 5 days early. I informed Teleflora and was working out something with them and in the meantime a woman who barley speaks English from Agape, left my friend, who I sent the arrangement to, a message while she was in surgery asking when she could come pick up the arrangement so she can redeliver them on Friday. Needless to say I took this up with Teleflora, Teleflora refunded my money and has filed a complaint about this company. So as much as I would rather support a local florist then always order online, this place was less then impressive and neither place will be getting my future business.
