I enjoy going to this movie theater. Very peaceful and so relaxing. Service here is hit or miss. The chairs are comfortable. The staff is nice. It just might take a while for you to get anything that isn't water. The food is pretty good though. This is my go-to theater. It's close and convenient. Very efficient if you want to grab a bite and catch a movie

Regal [Germantown] has more comfortable seating and all the screens are the same size...whereas with Rio the seats don't recline, and depending on the movie you want to see, you may get stuck in one of their 'claustrophobic' theatre's which are about half the size of the others. The screen's in these theatre's are proportionately smaller as well. The price of admission - as well as the concessions are more expensive as well

Always has current movies and adequate space to seat those desiring to see the movie - they do not oversell seats!



Cleanliness is A plus, both in the theaters as well as the restrooms.



Service at the snack bar counter is always prompt and courteous.Management responds quickly to overflow demand by adding additional support staff.



Also located in close proximity to excellent restaurants and shops. You really can spend an enjoyable day at this location.



Parking can be a bit tough but I have never been unable to find a spot.



Suggestion go early, stay late, and go often!!!
