Moving to a new city after living in your home for more than 20 years can be very stressful, especially if you have to downsize. Our real estate agent and family members recommended Bargain Movers, and we're glad we took their advice. Luis and his staff made the move much easier by providing last minute packing assistance. The moving crew was fast, professional, and handled our possessions with the utmost care. When we moved into our new home, they made sure our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. We had a great move and highly recommend Bargain Movers!

Bargain Movers were fantastic! My move was absolutely flawless and they finished quicker than they quoted me. They sent someone to my house to do an estimate, so I felt comfortable that I was going to be paying close to what I was quoted. All of my items were moved safely and nothing was damaged. The crew were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Bargain Movers and will definitely use them again in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Bargain Movers - from beginning to end. When planning my move, I reached out to several companies for a quote. Bargain Movers was very prompt in responding to my request for an in-home quote. Their competitive quote was very close to the actual cost - in fact the actual cost came in a little lower! Every person we dealt with at the company was professional and friendly. The gents who arrived to pack and move our belongings were a group of dedicated, hard-working men who took pride in their craft. Nothing was damaged! Dealing with this company took a lot of angst out of an otherwise stressful time. I highly recommend them!

Over the past 60 days, we had the opportunity to use Bargain Movers for four different moves. Three were local in Gaithersburg and one was moving from Delaware to Maryland.



I could not be more pleased with the care and attention of both Luis as well as his team of movers, led by Jorge. The estimates given were all very accurate and reasonably priced. And even though the cost is determined by the number of hours required, I can assure you that the moving team worked very hard and quickly.



For every move, the team arrived on time and carefully reviewed what was to be transported. The furniture was wrapped for protection and the team proceeded to work quickly and cheerfully. Jorge, the team leader, kept us informed, was extremely polite and made sure that everything was perfect prior to leaving for the destination.



Jorge was even more impressive when the unloading occurred. He went through the house to identify every room and then proceeded to unload the truck so quickly, my wife and I could barely keep up with them. And don’t be afraid to ask for a piece of furniture to be moved, even if it is just inches. They were more than happy to do so.



In summary, I can honestly say that if you hire another moving company for your move, you have made a big mistake. With Bargain Movers, you get a reasonably priced move with superior service.

Love this company and their service. From the person that came out to give us an estimate to the actual movers they were awesome. They were fair with cost and careful with our items and new home. Have been recommending them to others and would most certainly use them again.

Of course, one is always nervous about a service that has a significant price tag to it. My initial reason for contacting Bargain Movers was a referral. Once I received the quote I still shopped around. I found cheaper, but I chose to pay more based on the quality that I had been told about. I was worried about hidden fees, but there was nothing that wasn't indicated in the quote. I am SO happy with the decision. The crew was on-time and moved quickly throughout the home ... loading and unloading, taking the minimum time quoted. They were professional, friendly, and personable. Additionally, it was raining and the crew too precautions as to not damage any flooring in the home. Very stress free! This was a temporary move and I will undoubtedly use them again for my next move. Thanks fellas! By the way ... tip your movers!

They are very professional, moving all my stuffs with care. Surprisingly with this great service, their rate is lower than other moving companies. I have used them twice already, and will keep using them.

We recently used Bargain Movers for an interstate move from New Jersey to Gaithersburg. From the initial consultation to the final move the service was wonderful! The in-house staff provided us with a very fair estimate and were quite courteous , it is clear they take the needs of their clients to heart. Luis the owner was particularly helpful and attentive. The staff of movers sent on the day of our move arrived promptly in New Jersey and were able to quickly asses each item and package all large furniture pieces very well. Their speed and accuracy were astounding with their pleasant and professional demeanor an added bonus. We were quite apprehensive having several pricier furniture pieces to be moved up several flights of stairs however they were impressively careful, diligent and quick. If I ever have to move within the area again I will be sure to use Bargain Movers again! Highly recommended!

I was in a pickle with a move on such short notice, I was giving this name from a friend. Not only did they do an A-PLUS job but worked with me on times and arranged their schedule around me. I can tell you what excellent, friendly service I received. All the staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I researched many moving companies and Bargain Movers was by far the best deal amongst reputable companies. Luis was a tremendous help. He provided moving tips and gave us advice on how to save money in this process. The crew was personable and they worked their tails off!! I never thought I’d be laughing with the movers 8 hours into our move! Everything arrived intact and unharmed. I couldn’t recommend Bargain Movers enough and my brother has already used them.

Bargain Movers did a great job moving my family to a new house nearby. Luis, the owner came over and gave me a free estimate and provided tips for minimizing the moving cost, as we were on a limited budget. I like that they are a family owned company as well.



Maurice, Conroy, and Jose were our 3 man moving team and they did a great job. They arrived slightly ahead of schedule, worked efficiently and carefully, and completed the job in under 7 hours, which exceeded my expectations. A family member was recently burned by a local competitor, so it was refreshing to have an honest and fair experience that exceeded our expectations. The all inclusive hourly rate is great because it allows you to accurately estimate and budget for the cost. I would definitely use them again.

I had the pleasure of using Bargain Movers for a recent move. The staff were professional and courteous. The whole move lasted from approximately 10:30-2:00ish. The price is definitely a bargain but the service was first rate. I am glad that I used their services and have recommended them to others.

I highly recommend Bargain Movers. They moved my furniture on August 30, 2012 in record time without any damage. 2 guys showed up on time, packed everything in 30 minutes, moved them, and placed them in the right places in 30 minutes. They were awesome!

I was extremely picky upon initially selecting a moving company to move our furniture.



After contacting several moving companies with high reviews and having them visit our (now previous) home for an estimate, Bargain Movers won my business by a landslide.

Their execution and professionalism--from the owner personally visiting our home for the estimate to the enthusiastic, polite crew that moved our furniture on moving day--was all outstanding.



We had a lot of heavy, antique furniture that had been passed down through the family. The crew handled it so well that they made it look easy. They were QUICK to load up and quick to unload, also. It was truly remarkable.



Also, I must mention this: Our sectional couch was entirely too big to initially fit through our new basement door down the narrow steps. My husband had been so excited about setting up a media room in our new basement. The guys were able to temporarily unhinge the door, unscrew the bottom frames of both sections of the couch and get it down there!



We could not have been more thrilled with this moving company! Pick them!
