We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. All customers are informed of the pool policies. This is a pool policy, not ours. We have spoken to the customer to gain a little more insight into the problem and offer a solution.

Horrible. Inflexible - don't allow for make up classes even for illness (with a doctor's note). I was willing to work with that because I really want my kids to learn to be safe with water. However - my daughter was kicked out of the class for crying to much. Yes - 1. a children's swim school has contracted with a facility that has a no crying rule, 2. this same school signs up kids (3 yo and 20 month old) for a semi-private class at said facility (with no mention to the parent that there is this rule).

I had started with them having the kids in 2 different classes at a different facility but found it too difficult to have the kids wait for the other. But at this other class - the teacher would roll his eyes at the kids and told me that my 20 month old doesn't have "enough of an attention span" - REALLY?

Pulling my kids out of this class immediately. What a sham! Disgusting practice. Shame on them.
