We needed speed, a large rug pulled, considerable furniture moved into tight spaces, the

floor sanded, several tightly angled spots from boards to concrete prepared then installed with more and exactly complemented hardwood,then all the hardwood stained, and all

the furniture replaced precisely including several hundred books put where they belong--and we wanted this done professionally, with only one explanation because we had to be out of

our home most of the time the work would be done--and when we were home we naturally wanted a positive, can-do attitude by each worker and a responsive approach by the team

leader as we made a few changes along the way asking essentially for more work inside

a tight time window. Bottom line: everything was done as we wanted, in the way we wanted, with the attitude we wanted, and with the results we wanted. Seldom over the decades have

we been motivated to publicly recommend any vendor, but we feel compelled and privileged
