I have been using Flores cleaning every year for over 12 years. I have always been more than happy with their work. I noticed a difference last year. I used them again this year. I just thought bad day. They sent the same crew. They charged me $700.00 more than they have ever before and cleaned less. I was told by the owners wife that these are sub contractors and I must pay their price even tho their price was less. The older women that was here and the owners wife were both very difficult to deal with. I feel that if they were going to almost double the price. I should have been told on the phone that pricing has changed and they will now charge according to who does the work. I was totally ripped off. $1600.00 to pressure a house that they always charged $900.00 to do. This company has really gone down hill. I did get another estimate after I was charged this outrageous amount. The price I was given is more inline to what I have always paid for the work.

Flores Cleaning Services ruined nearly all my window screens. They used a tool to snatch the screen out and it put holes in the screens. When I complained they said I complained about it too late and would not make amends for it. Thy come with a crew of 8-9 people , obviously some who don't know what they are doing. Not trustworthy either, stay away from this business.

Not happy. Had window cleaning done. Windows look pretty ok but they left a lot of mess...dust and clumps of dirt everywhere. And most importantly, we are missing some Amazon gift cards which were located in a stack right next to a window. We knew exactly how many there were. No one else has been in the house to take them.

I contacted this company on the recommendation of neighbors who had a good experience. I set up an appointment for an estimate, took the time off work, and they never showed or called. I had to call them to be told they weren't going to make it and to reschedule. After the reschedule, we decided on some work, added a neighbor to the job to give them more business, and set an appointment. On the day of the appointment, again, they didn't show and only called at the time they were supposed to be arriving. I was first told that they thought it was too wet and wanted to reschedule. When I asked them to complete the job as we agreed upon, I was told they were running a half hour late, but they later called again to cancel with no regard for people's schedules or time. They lie about everything and their customer service is horrific. Run AWAY!

When I called a woman answered and scheduled my appointment for window and siding cleaning and when they arrived the man knocked and my door and told me exactly what they were gonna do and asking if I had any question that he would answer them right away and my 9 year old son really seemed to get along with him too anyways great job and great employees

I found a coupon for getting my gutters cleaned through the Merchandiser. I called them and told them that I had a coupon and made my appointment. The coupon simply states Gutter cleaning special $50 and in smaller print it says Larger Homes slightly larger expires 7/24/07. They came 2hours earlier than my appointment without giving me a window when I called. They finished in half hour and used my water. When they came to the door I gave them my check for $50 and my coupon. The guy who said he did not speak English called the office on his phone and gave me it. The lady told me that it was $100 dollars because my house had sides. What house doesn't? They were very abrubt on the phone and I explained that it is not in the ad nor did they give me an estimate or ask me any questions when I called telling them I had a coupon. I paid because I had a screaming kid, but really feel ripped off. Slightly larger which is stated in the ad does not mean double. To top it off, they threw away all of the reminants from the cleaning in a black garbage bag in my trash can which I now have to dry out in my garage and then dispose of in a brown recyclable bag. How rude!!!
