Went in this beauty supply store to pick up some items for my hair and was totally appauld at what I heard. The owner's son was being a complete and utter jerk to the staff. He proceeded to reprimand them right in front of the customers. Exclaiming that "you are to answer me when I talk to you!" "You ignorant and can't speak good English", "when I'm speaking to you I want an immediate response", "I don't know how you got this job, you're so stupid!' I felt so bad for the staff, I told them that they don't have to and shouldn't take or be subject to that kind of "VERBAL ABUSE". I attempted to say something to the young man, however he acted as if he was busy and couldn't take a minute to talk. Horrible treatment of the staff...needless to say I didn't make the purchase that I initially went in there for.!!!!!!
