AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely rude people. I understand it is a chain, but do they have to act like it? The prices are outrageous as well. The woman who cut my hair has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I had never been so embarrassed or offended. I do not understand how she has maintained her job if she is rude like that to everyone. She barely cut anything off and then charged me a lot of money (plus, the haircut sucked). I absolutely never complain and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but not in this case. I want to help anyone I can to avoid this place. Go to a REAL place to get a haircut. I have told everyone I know to stay away at all cautions, and will keep telling people.
