Took our 2 yr old and 9 month old there for pics in their Halloween PJs. The pictures turned out okay, but communication was an issue with the one and only photographer/cashier that was there. She told us all picture sheets were 9.99 and same day printing was $3/sheet. Turns out after we ordered, collage sheets were 29.99 and all sheets were really $4 for same day printing. She also disappeared twice (once during ordering, once during photo pick-up) w/o giving an explanation of where she was going or when she'd be back. The first time she was gone for at least 20 minutes w/us and 3 other customers waiting. The second time was less than 5. Overall, a frustrating experience especially with 2 young, antsy kids.
