Don't make the same mistake I did, you will not be happy. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever used. Let me list the problems. The owner is extremely slow in responding to service requests, sometimes she does not respond for days. I have often had to contact my sitter directly to ask if she agreed to sit. Of course when you try to contact your sitter the owner chastises you and wants you to funnel all conversations through her. She constantly forgets to send you an invoice and service contracts but then complains when you don't have one. It's kind of hard to leave something you were never sent. Her communication skills are very unprofessional and rude often taking a simple problem and making it worse. With so many sitter services around why even put up with one of these problems. It is a wonder how she stays in business. So if you are looking for a quality sitter service move on to someone else.
