Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group in Galax, Va. was an enlightening experience through a very stressful and confusing time of buying my first home. It is a small office with only two employees who were both very friendly and efficient. Basically I didn't have to worry about anything except signing my name on the dotted line and providing the appropriate financial information required. I was kept informed constantly on the status of the loan, what to expect ,ect. They found the best loan that suited my income and situation. I would recommend them highly , even use them again if I needed to in the future. Though I gave only 4 stars because I referred my sister to them and was highly disappointed in her experience with them. She complained of not having phone calls returned, and a seemingly uninterested in her business type attitude. what the facts are , are unknown , but my experience with Atlantic Bay was pleasant and satisfying.
