Do not order flowers online from this company. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral from their website, received a confirmation, and thought all was well. However, after two weeks, I discovered it was never delivered. It seemed like they spent the time passing the buck and never took responsibility for the problem. The "You weren't charged for it" comment doesn't make up for the fact that flowers were never delivered.
