Horrible, under staffed, dirty, hateful administration, small rooms with gross bathrooms, wouldn't let them take care of my dog.

Don't ever put any of your family members in this place unless you want to punish them. This place is awful. The staff is rude. They take 20 minutes or more to answer call lights and your greeted with rudeness with a how dare you ring that light kind of attitude. The director of nurses will stand there and watch you struggle and tell you that you have to wait for an aide to help your family member. The administrator refuses to do anything about it. If you put your family member here you will regret it.

Understaffed, filthy at night. I visited my mother to find her with a pool of urine under her wheelchair in the middle of the dining room and when i asked the director of nursing to help they told me I would have to find an aide I went to the nurse and she told me that they would get to her when they got a chance. I waited 30 minutes before someone finally showed up and took care of her. I took her out the next day.
