I took my cat in for a normal checkup and also wanted to get tick and flea treatment. The appointment lasted about 20 min total, was given the treatment which cost 55 and found online for 20 dollars cheaper( not a bug deal i understand markup pricing)but i was told my cat was totally fine for the "checkup" after leaving i notice she has esr mites which doctor man said nothing about, i was then charged 25 for the exam which i expected and then i was also charged an additional 20 for an office call? All i did was call and make an apointment, dont jnderstand how you justify that costing 20 dollars? I will nkt be coming back because i feel that my money was taken for little to no work and i was not even told about the earmites or any treatment for her ear and now i am going to have to do treatment at home because its not worth wasting another penny at this office.
