I don't give comcast high stars. My internet went down and I called them for help. They helped me for all of less than 10 minutes and still no answers. I went to the office and got a new modem, still nothing worked. This kind of cycle went on for over 9 different times trying to get help, i replaced the modem, the router, and even all of the ethernet cables in my house, and still nothing was fixed. Even their tech person who came out to my home did not fix it. I even hooked up a different computer thinking maybe it was my computer, and still no internet.



At this point all I wanted them to do was fix it, check the lines coming into the house because everything was not all right with my internet. What they did next was send me to a department called retention and I told them as I had told previous people, if you want me to pay for the internet then it has to be working. Their response was to tell me that they would be happy to shut the internet off. They did, and sent a tech person out to pick up the modem i got from the local office.



Comcast is in my opinion one of the most horrorable companies to deal with and their commercials that lead you to believe they are there for their customers is one big fraud on the consumer populace.
