This temp agency refuses to comply with a court order for child support. They take an amount out of fathers paycheck each week that is not the correct amount. This bussiness keeps the money until they can afford to pay the support. Many attempts have been made for this bussiness to contact them to uphold the order and do it correctly and they refuse to respond. The amount they withhold from the father is half of what the court has ordered. They are required according to illinios law to submit payments within 7 days from pay date and they do not do this. Payments have been unreliable and not weekly as the father is paid. This is a shady bussiness and I caution anyone to refrain from doing any bussiness transactions with them.
