I purchased a pair of timberland nursing shoes and on Friday. wore them for an hr inside the house and the right heel was slipping. looked brand new tried to return . owner called later that day said now I had to go thru timberland to get them returned. Galesburg merchants need to realized no money in area and customer service is needed badly. I wont be spending a dime there ever again after this. very much an inconvenience after they don't carry ANY narrow widths so I ordered online. funny how they want your money but when something doesn't work they don't want to help you to have you return in a run down town with NO jobs literally. sad don't recommend them . go to quad cities or farm king.
