I’ve always had issues with dentists. Dr Phillips helped me through a tough dental decision and she made sure I was ok through the entire procedure. Her staff and her are very friendly and caring and I couldn’t have gone through this without them. Thank you so much for my new smile.

I am NOT a happy customer. I have been in extreme pain for 24 straight days from a double abcess from a tooth that was filed down. I have called and left a message 2x now asking for an appt to have the tooth pulled. I have been ignored. I already suffer dental anxiety.. This is only making it worse. It started off bad. The front office person was to submit an authorization request to the insurance company for me to be sedated. When i called i was informed it had been submitted. Call into the insurance company confirmed nothing had been recieved. Another call to the dentist confronting the office person about the paperwork. She agreed to submit but this time she submitted for dentures, not authorization to have them pulled. I made an appointment with comfort dental in marion for 8:00 in the morning. An hour after making the new appointment dr phillips office called and offered me a 10 a.m. I am taking my business and that of the 2 referals I brought with me, to another dentist. I am also taking my complaint to the BBB AND THE ADA. I would not recommend this dental business to anyone.
