Provided by YP.comWill and his crew do excellent work. It sounds like the 1 star review was from someone who didn't understand what they asked for. Anytime I need work done on our lawn or other landscaping I call Will and he gives me a great price and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. He is always my first recommendation to people when they ask about lawn or landscaping service.

Provided by YP.comI payed this gentleman $200.00 to feed my yard. He says he gave me a discounted price. He said he would aviate the yard, kill the weds, fill in the holes with dirt, and mow the grass after each application. He came by filled the yard with small holes, I guess that's the aviation, feeding the yard, then he told me he would be back to mow and do another feeding. A month passed, no word. My grass was really high by this point, it was early spring. I had to pay someone else to mow my grass and once i got ahold of him, he stated that they should not have mowed the grass, although he never came back to do the job. He then went off to tell me that i would have to pay each time He came to do anything. What was the $200.00 for? He never finished the job and whenever i called him, he argued with me and hung up. I want a refund, but he refuses to give me the refund. I never recieved a receipt or a statement of services rendered. i would not suggest this company to anyone.
On behalf of the employyee's and myself, I sincerely apologize. I think there was a misunderstanding about the services that were rendered, and the price for that service.Actually, I ripped off myself and if you feel this company did the same to you,we are sorry.Several attempts were made to explain the process.Which were not followed on your behalf.The services that you wanted,could not be effective in one day.It is a process that takes time and the customer patients;to see results.We feel that we were paid for the work that we did do.That's why we refused to refund your money.You broke the contract not us.Although, you are a family member, we still have a buisness to run.Therefore, if we render services to you for free then we should do it for all our customers not just a family member. Again, we are very sorry for any inconvience that we may have caused.
