This place has made a tremendous turn around for the better since they hired a new manager this year, Amanda. My experience has been awesome! I rent movies and also tan at this Gallatin location and I love it now. I have recommended it to family and friends and will to continue to recommend it.
Love this place!

I think you all are Loco, I do not like being treated wrong if there is something wrong, it should be your responsibility to change circumstances to improve customer service. I will say that you have lost my money!

Captain Video in Gallatin, TN is absolutely pathetic. It was an awful experience. The staff are rude, the beds are filthy, 5 of the tanning beds do not work. All the bulbs are out. None of the fans work. 4 of the beds don't have pillows. Every time I go in, there's a 10 minute wait, if not longer. This place is so unprofessional. Do not waste your time. Captain video in gallatin is a dump!
