Connie and the people who work for Connie are some of the nicest people I have ever met they are very kind helpful and understanding if it wasn't for Connie and the great people of this mobile home place me my girlfriend and are daughter would have been living in a camper I called them almost 2 yrs ago and they didn't hesitate to help us i would highly recommend cozy living too anyone in need of a place for there family they are all amazing and very helpful

the are some of the worst trailers to live intheir maintenance crew is I take too long to come and fix thingsthe one trailer I lived in the air conditioning leak I called 5 times to get it picture everytime it rains hard if floodedthe water pressure sUck it was like that for 6 monthsyou couldn't take a shower if you had to take a sponge bath bed bugs she lies about it candy tell you there's no bed bugs will roaches in the place that's Lie alwaystelling you she has a 3 day eviction that's Lie
