I spent almost one thousand dollars on equipment at this location. From the start I had trouble with my warranty. Brandon Hall store manager said he would look into it and call me back Monday. He did not. I called him Tuesday, he wouldn't take my call. Know that I have established the fact that I can not trust what Brandon Hall says, I will not be doing new business with Brandon Hall or Electronics Express in the future and if I were you I would not waste my time and money on Brandon Hall or Electronics Express. After all they did hire him.

This store and company is a disgrace! I bought a huver board for my son for Christmas and it doesn't work and these jerks refuse to take it back. Never again will I enter this store with their sales people who have no knowledge at all about any of their products. Terrible company and I feel generous giving them one star.

I paid for them to install my wires in the wall for my TV and sound system. They finally came a month after I paid for it, and then said they couldn't do it bc of how my wall is situated. So they zip tied some cords and that was it. Said I could get some of my money back. I never got any of it. They lied and said they did the job when I disputed with my CC. So I paid about $200 for nothing. I can show pictures of my wires, but I don't know who to go to. I've called and called. If they stole that money out of my purse they'd go to jail but apparently they can do this and get no consequences. Stay away!

I went in to buy a $10 item. The lady that helped me didn't have a clue about electronics, but she was friendly enough and even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted she was able to up-sell me to a similar item for $40.

I got to the counter, ready to pay, and they started asking me for personal information. All while other customers were standing nearby. They wanted my first and last name, address, email, etc, and to enter that info into a computer. When I refused to give out my address the man at the counter informed me that if I didn't give them my address I would not be able to return the item for any reason. So I walked out. They lost a $40 sale because they insisted on adhering to a stupid store policy to collect information about their customers.

If the management reads this, you should seriously re-evaluate your store policies. Customers don't want to be hassled when we come to buy something. We want to find what we need, pay and go home, that's it! WE DO NOT WANT TO STAND THERE FOR AN EXTRA FIVE MINUTES AND BE DATA MINED FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!
