The agent was knowledgeable of who I was when I walked through the door, and they took care of all my needs in a professional manner.

We've had Farm Bureau car insurance for about 6 years now. A couple months ago my husband sold his car (which bit the dust) and we dropped one car off the insurance. All of a sudden i'm getting SALES CALLS from a company i'm already a paying customer with. Farm Bureau. Harassing me about Life Insurance. Told her we already have life insurance, please don't call me. Sent a very angry email to corporate (which i never heard back) about how its inappropriate to bully current customers. A week later ANOTHER sales call about life insurance. I snapped at him and hung up, told him i already asked them to stop calling. A few weeks later - BAM. Letter in the mail saying my car insurance is cut off and they won't tell me why over the phone, i have to send a written request??? Let me guess - with only one car suddenly they weren't making enough of a buck off me and since i wouldn't fall into their salespeoples claws about life insurance they just severed the ties. Nice. I've never even had an accident. Clean record.
