I completely agree with Minta. I own my own gym, I have been in business for roughly 8 years and in those 8yrs I have sent countless customers of mine to GNC. The people that I have referred that went to this GNC store were so angry about the way were treated when they were serviced by the owner of this store, Angelique, that they said they will NEVER return to another GNC store. I have even lost a customer because of my recommendation to this particular store. I am going to start sending my customers to Vitamin World in Rivergate. Taking care of your body is great, but you should not be treated like your lesser of a person while purchasing health products.

Angel the manager is very rude! I purchased a very expensive product with cash, returned it because it wasnt a good product and she refused to give me cash back said I had to put it onto a card or just not get my refund, well my card company blocked my account because the tranaction was originally paid with cash and said I needed copies of the original receipt from purchase (which she kept) I told her I needed it and she said she had a 3 yr old daughter and managed 2 stores and that she didnt have time to deal with me, she also charged me for a gold card that I received for free through a rewards program I called Ron Crosby the Southeast director of franchises and complained and GNC corporate office, they said they will be handling her and making sure that I receive the $27 for the gold card I didnt have to pay for. My total transaction was well over $100. She should not be allowed to run a business if she cant honor GNCs return policy or treat customers with respect. Shes not the only one is this country that works and has a child. I have my own business and 3 kids but I still treat customers with respect and make sure that I handle their problems as fast as I can I dont use my kids nor my business for an excuse not to help my customers.
