They are never open even when the business hours say they are suppose to be. They were rude when I asked why they aren't open. There phone goes straight to voicemail when you call. My Sim card broke and it took almost 2 hours for them put a new one in. Not including the 2 hours it took for some to finally show up right before they closed

I have been doing business with phone zone for years now. They give top dollar for trade ins on phones and do repairs in a timely manner. Very professional establishment.

I took my phone to phone zone on July 1 2014. They said the parts to fix it should be in by the 3rd. A week and a half later they will not even answer the phone. And at one point when I called to check on the status the girl told me that if I liked I could take it somewhere else. Evidentially they don't need the business that much. They still have my phone until I can find the time to pick it up....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! I don't appreciate being lied to and strung along by what I figured was a reputable business! Don't go there! I hate to even give them one star!
