Customer service at this location is great, they have really gotten back on track with having clothes back before 6pm on days promised the same day. I use this cleaners weekly and defintely recommend this cleaners for the quality and turn around time. I do think the pricing is a little expensive but they do have reasonable specials when you bring in 3 items that i recommend and take advantage of.

I had checked out Signature's website to see if they do alterations (it claims they do with "a quick turn around") prior to taking my daughter's gown for my wedding yesterday. The attendant informed me that the "do not do alterations" but they send them out. Five day turn around time (which was fine). I was all for it until she told me she needed to know how much to take the dress in.



Uh, what? If I knew that much, I probably would have just done the alteration myself. Typically one measures the person with the garment on so they can tell how much to take in and where prior to sending out for alteration. When I asked if they could measure my daughter, the attendant snapped at me.



I will never go back there. Both of my children were with me (and behaving!) and the attendant was rude to us the entire time. She seemed irritated that she had to answer questions and do her job.

Will never go here again. Several items I took to have cleaned were never even cleaned as evidenced by food still on one coat and a large comforter which was.was bagged but never cleaned either. Owner made no comment and would not talk to me about it when the attendant called him. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off and still have dirty clothes!

Ruined the strap on a silk dress of mine about 8 years ago. Haven't been back since.
