Provided by YP.comDonna and Snapbean are Amazing! She takes time to make sure evey session is perfect and what the family is looking for. We have used Donna for years for everything from minis, family, newborn, cake smash, santa, Easter and more! She knows our kids by name and a little about each. Anytime we are there for sessions with others back to back she is on time, makes it so smooth of a process and still captures amazing pics even when the kids are not Cooperating! She knows her clients well and strives to please. I don't know how she does it all! We are thankful to have her capturing memories as our family grows! You won't be disappointed!

Provided by YP.com“Photographer” was no show for photo shoot despite insisting we make one hour drive in storms to the shoot location. She notified customers via email. When dealing in time sensitive event email is hardly a legitimate communication method. She doesn’t return calls and won’t refund the photo session fee. Please do yourself a favor and find a real professional for your special event. Don’t let this women ruin your special moment like she did ours.

Provided by YP.comWhat should have been a happy night having pictures made with Santa yesterday ended up leaving me speechless!
As my oldest (who still believes) is talking to Santa telling him what he wants for Christmas, he squats down beside him to get ready to have his picture taken. Donna asks "is Hunter 10?" To which I reply "no he turned 11 last month." Her response floored me...left me speechless & shocked. She says "He can't have his picture made. It's only for kids 10 & under." I immediately look at her & say "I can't have all of my kids picture taken with Santa?" I even whisper in her ear "he still believes". To which she says "No sorry I can't".
Not wanting to make a scene or ruin the Santa experience for my 3yo twins I calmly look at my son and tell him to finish telling Santa what he wants but that he can't have his picture made because he's no longer 10. He obliged & when he stepped down from Santa's area I could see tears in his eyes - but of course he tried acting like it was no big deal.
I signed up for this session a year ago - which included signing a waiver with their names & DOB. If there wasn't a problem when I paid my $50 invoice then ALL of my kids should have been able to be in those pictures! This is the second year we have done Santa pictures with Snapbean & we won't be back!

Provided by YP.comIf I could give 0 stars I would. Please don't waste your time, energy and emotions in this photographer. You want to trust your photographer will provide photographs that you will treasure forever. She took beautiful photos during our session (that we did not go over one minute of) yet refuses to provide photos of our request that were taken during our time. I have 0 usable photographs for my Christmas card from the session that we paid $120.00 for. She said we would get 15-20 images. we got 16, yet she still will not provide me with the ones I really would like to have --unless I pay her more of course. This has been the biggest disappointment in a service I have had in a long time. She is money hungry and will be professional to your face. If she didn't want to provide those pictures for us, she shouldn't have taken them. Why did she waste our time and hers? Uncouth, unprofessional, unworthy of your money. I will be using photos from my iphone for my Christmas card this year because they are better than the ones she's provided to us.
